Free shipping across the Nordics!
As part of our strive in making great design accessible, we never charge for shipping within the Nordic countries. For our friends in Norway, additional customs charges and national VAT will be charged directly by the local tax authorities and needs to be paid separately by the customer. Should you have further questions regarding additional charges please contact your local tax office. The shipping time information displayed on product pages and in the order confirmation email is an estimate and might be subject to change.
Standard Delivery Services
Protos Demos most commonly uses DB Schenker, UPS, DHL, DSV, GLS, TNT and FedEx as the Freight Forwarder. The service includes standard curbside delivery. Curbside delivery means that the courier will deliver your item(s) to the curb of your specified delivery address. This service does not include removal of packaging, assembly or setup of your item(s). Our delivery partner will contact you before the delivery to propose a delivery date and time frame with an option to reschedule this if the time is inconvenient. If you happen to not be at home at the agreed time of delivery, your item might be returned to the warehouse. In that case, you need to contact us to arrange a re-delivery. An extra delivery cost at the rate originally paid will occur.
If you wish to return your order, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. In the case you have received a wrong, damaged or faulty item, please attach clear pictures of the item and its package to your email. We will process your claim, and you will be contacted about the exchange or return as soon as possible. Protos Demos customers have the right to return or exchange any product within 14 days of delivery. This returns policy does not extend to products, which are produced or altered according to the customer’s wishes. The customer has the right to return an item if: 1. The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying Protos Demos within 14 days of delivery, 2. The item has not been used, 3. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package, 4. The item has been repackaged in its original or an equivalent package. The item must be returned immediately after cancellation. If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of possible damage. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.
In case of a return, the discount will be reduced or cancelled if the total value of the order falls under the minimum campaign sum.Back
